If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, in accordance with the European Union right of withdrawal for online purchases.

Return Eligibility

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unworn and unused
  • With original tags, packaging, manuals, documents, and accessories
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please do not send items back before contacting us. Returns must be approved in advance. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it is delivered.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@chronoera.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will review the case and provide a solution as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been worn, used, damaged, or altered after delivery
  • Items returned without original packaging, tags, documents, or accessories

This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is defective, damaged, or not as described.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us at info@chronoera.com within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund processing time: up to 10 business days after approval.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
