These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made on the Chronoera online store.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. General Terms

Chronoera provides an online store where customers can purchase watches and related products.

If a consumer purchases goods through this website, the agreement between the consumer and KLPX SIA is considered a distance contract and is subject to the applicable laws of the Republic of Latvia and European Union consumer protection rules.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any mandatory rights that consumers have under applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Products and Product Information

The products available in our online store are displayed with descriptions, specifications, prices, and other relevant information.

We aim to ensure that all product information, images, prices, and availability details are accurate and up to date. However, minor differences in product appearance, colour, packaging, or details may occur due to screen settings, manufacturer updates, or other technical reasons.

If we discover an error in product information, price, or availability after an order has been placed, we will contact the customer as soon as possible.

3. Prices and Currency

All prices on the website are displayed in euros (EUR), unless stated otherwise.

The total order price, including any applicable delivery costs, will be shown before the customer confirms the order.

4. Placing an Order

To place an order, the customer must:

  1. Add the selected product or products to the shopping cart
  2. Enter the required contact, billing, and delivery information
  3. Choose the available delivery method
  4. Review the total order amount
  5. Complete the payment

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

After placing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email.

5. Payment Terms

Payments on our website may be processed through payment service providers, including MakeCommerce by Maksekeskus AS.

Available payment methods may include:

  • Internet bank payments
  • Visa and Mastercard card payments
  • Other payment methods shown at checkout

When using an internet banking payment method, the customer should confirm the payment and return to the merchant page to complete the order process.

Personal data required for payment execution may be transferred to the payment service provider Maksekeskus AS for the purpose of processing the payment.

Chronoera does not store full payment card details on its own servers.

6. Order Acceptance and Availability

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

  • The product is unavailable
  • The payment cannot be processed
  • The order information is incomplete or incorrect
  • A clear pricing or technical error has occurred
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected

If an order cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be informed and any amount paid will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days.

7. Delivery

We deliver to Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, and other European Union countries where delivery options are available at checkout.

Delivery may be carried out using parcel locker services, courier services, or other delivery partners, including but not limited to Omniva and DPD.

Delivery costs are displayed before the order is confirmed.

Estimated delivery time is usually 2–7 business days, unless stated otherwise on the product page or during checkout.

In exceptional cases, delivery may take longer due to supplier delays, courier delays, high demand, customs procedures where applicable, or other circumstances outside our control. If a significant delay occurs, we will inform the customer.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Chronoera is not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days from the day they receive the goods, without providing a reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods by email:

The customer may be asked to provide the order number, contact details, and information about the product being returned.

The goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day the customer informs us about the decision to withdraw from the contract.

9. Condition of Returned Goods

Returned goods must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In the same condition as received
  • With original tags, packaging, manuals, documents, accessories, and protective materials
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

The customer has the right to inspect the goods in a way that would normally be possible in a physical store.

If the goods have been used more than necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and functioning, or if the goods are damaged, incomplete, or missing original packaging or accessories, Chronoera may reduce the refund amount according to the decrease in value of the goods.

10. Return Costs

Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Chronoera will cover the return cost if the return is caused by our error, for example if the customer received an incorrect, defective, or damaged product.

Items sent back without prior notice or approval may not be accepted.

12. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will notify the customer by email whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are processed as soon as possible and no later than within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or proof that the goods have been sent back.

If the customer chose a delivery method more expensive than the standard delivery option offered by Chronoera, we are not required to refund the additional delivery cost.

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to process and post the refund.

13. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Goods

The customer should inspect the order upon delivery.

If the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or does not match the order, the customer should contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include the order number, a description of the issue, and photos where relevant.

If the product does not conform to the contract or is defective in a way for which Chronoera is responsible, the customer may have the right to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

These rights do not limit the customer’s statutory rights.

14. Warranty and Statutory Consumer Rights

Products sold by Chronoera are covered by applicable statutory consumer rights.

Where a product includes a manufacturer’s warranty or a commercial warranty, the warranty terms may vary depending on the brand and product. Information about any applicable warranty may be provided on the product page, in the product documentation, or upon request.

A commercial warranty does not replace or limit the customer’s statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

15. Personal Data

Chronoera processes personal data necessary to:

  • Process and fulfill orders
  • Deliver goods
  • Process payments and refunds
  • Provide customer support
  • Handle returns, complaints, and warranty requests
  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Send marketing communications where permitted by law

16. Marketing Communications

If the customer has agreed to receive marketing communications, Chronoera may send emails about news, products, and special offers.

The customer may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us at:

17. Limitation of Liability

Chronoera is not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to courier delays, supplier delays, technical issues, natural events, strikes, government actions, or other force majeure circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

18. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, the customer should first contact Chronoera at:

We will try to resolve the issue through mutual communication and cooperation.

If the dispute cannot be resolved, the consumer may contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre of the Republic of Latvia or another competent consumer protection authority.

The customer may also have the right to use alternative dispute resolution procedures available under applicable law.

In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the laws of the Republic of Latvia apply, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights available under European Union law.

19. Changes to These Terms

Chronoera may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

The latest version will always be available on this page. Changes apply from the date they are published, unless stated otherwise.
