Every watch purchased from Chronoera is covered by a 2-year store warranty.
This does not cover normal wear, scratches, accidental damage, battery replacement, improper use, or unauthorized repairs.
If an issue occurs, we’ll assist you with the warranty process.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery within the European Union usually takes 2–7 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Returns
If you wish to return your order, contact us within 14 days of receiving it.
Items must be unworn, unused, and returned with original packaging, tags, documents, and proof of purchase.
